Registration

Please contact our School Registrar, Melissa West, for information on registering for school. 

NEW STUDENTS: Completed TN immunization forms or religious or medical exemption forms are required for registration in Wilson County Schools.  

7th Grade Immunizations

Don't forget! All 7th Graders must submit immunization records showing that they have received their TDAP booster before they can start school. We will be required to send students home on the first day if we don't have this on file. Medical and religious exemptions will be accepted. Please email your records to Nurse Crips.
